Sprinkler Fitters and Fire Protection Installers are responsible for the installation of wet, dry and chemical fire protection systems. The job calls for detailed knowledge of building codes, fire codes, piping and combustible materials. As a Sprinkler Fitter and Fire Protection Installer one would install and maintain high andlow pressure piping to supply fire protection systems with water, foam, carbon dioxide and other materials in hospitals, commercial buildings, manufacturing plants, and homesand apartment buildings.
