Labourers or Construction Craft Workers prepare, excavate, backfill, compact and clean up a work site. They also handle materials as well as ship and receive parts. Construction Craft Workers primarily work in the construction industry, governed by the Apprenticeship Certification Act (ACA). Craft Workers must be able to do hard physical work and work at great heights. They are also trained to read and understand blueprints, health and safety, and have and perform mechanical aptitude. They are sometimes seen as a “Jack of all trades”. |
