As a Terrazzo, Tile and Marble Craftsperson, the career involves the layout work, cutting and installing of terrazzo, tile and marble. It involves the installation of required materials for floors, walls, ceilings, swimming pools and the cladding of buildings. One must examine project blueprints and specifications as per the contractor's requirements prior to commencement of the work, layout, measure and mark the work area. Once that is done, the Terrazzo, Tile and Marble Craftsperson assembles the proper materials and mixes the required compounds to begin the installation. |
